These Terms govern your use of the Busy Bee OT website and the digital products sold by BUSYBEEOT DESIGN ("Busy Bee OT", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. The products

Busy Bee OT sells downloadable printable resources designed by a registered occupational therapist, including the Self-Care Routine Cards. Products are delivered as digital PDF files for personal, at-home or single-classroom use.

2. Educational use only

Busy Bee OT's products are general educational tools based on developmental and occupational therapy principles. They are not individualized therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for evaluation or treatment by a qualified professional. If you have specific concerns about your child's development, please consult a licensed occupational therapist, pediatrician, or other qualified provider.

3. Where to buy

All Busy Bee OT products are sold through the Busy Bee OT shop on Etsy. Orders, payments, taxes and refunds are handled by Etsy under Etsy's own terms and policies.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads that you get instant access to at the moment of purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, not getting the results you hoped for, or general dissatisfaction. The only exceptions are if you were charged but never received your files, were charged more than once for the same purchase, or received corrupted or unusable files. In those cases, email hello@busybeeot.shop within 7 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy. This does not affect any statutory rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

5. Licence and acceptable use

On purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print, and use the files. Personal and family products (such as the Self-Care Routine Cards) are licensed for personal or single-classroom use. Clinician products (such as templates, goal banks, and the OT Documentation Suite) are licensed as follows: Licensed to one individual clinician. You may print, fill in and give completed handouts and documents to your own clients and their families. You may not share, resell or distribute the template files themselves with other clinicians, clinics or teams. You must not:

  • resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly;
  • modify and re-publish the files as your own product;
  • use the files for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All illustrations, layouts, copy, and branding remain the property of BUSYBEEOT DESIGN. Purchase does not transfer intellectual property rights.

7. Service availability

We do our best to keep the site and download links available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Download links are valid for a limited period and can be regenerated from your receipt or the recovery page.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where a customer breaches these Terms, redistributes files, or engages in fraudulent activity.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
