These Terms govern your use of the Busy Bee OT website and the digital products sold by BUSYBEEOT DESIGN ("Busy Bee OT", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. The products

Busy Bee OT sells downloadable printable resources designed by a pediatric occupational therapist, including the Self-Care Routine Cards. Products are delivered as digital PDF files for personal, at-home or single-classroom use.

2. Educational use only

Busy Bee OT's products are general educational tools based on developmental and occupational therapy principles. They are not individualized therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for evaluation or treatment by a qualified professional. If you have specific concerns about your child's development, please consult a licensed occupational therapist, pediatrician, or other qualified provider.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments, billing, tax, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Paddle in line with the Paddle Buyer Terms.

5. Licence and acceptable use

On purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print, and use the files for personal or single-classroom use. You must not:

  • resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly;
  • modify and re-publish the files as your own product;
  • use the files for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All illustrations, layouts, copy, and branding remain the property of BUSYBEEOT DESIGN. Purchase does not transfer intellectual property rights.

7. Service availability

We do our best to keep the site and download links available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Download links are valid for a limited period and can be regenerated from your receipt or the recovery page.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where a customer breaches these Terms, redistributes files, or engages in fraudulent activity.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BUSYBEEOT DESIGN's place of business.
