Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads that you get instant access to at the moment of purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, not getting the results you hoped for, or general dissatisfaction.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to digital content and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, waive any statutory withdrawal/cancellation period that might otherwise apply to digital purchases.

The only exceptions

These aren't really "refund" situations so much as us fixing a mistake on our end, they're the cases where you didn't actually get what you paid for:

• You were charged but never received your download link or access to your files.
• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase.
• The files you received are corrupted or otherwise unusable.
